Please allow 1-week to ship in-stock pieces. Please allow 2-3 weeks on custom-made items or items not in stock. If you have an urgent need for an item, arrangements can be made at an additional charge. All jewelry pieces will be shipped via standard USPS delivery. Please contact Giovanna to arrange expedited shipping of orders.
Payment Terms
Your privacy and security is very important to us. We will never collect any personal financial information for purchases. We accept all major credit cards and online check/debit payments through the secure payment processing site, PayPal. For your convenience, no Paypal account is required to checkout using Paypal.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies Please notify Giovanna within 24-hours of receipt of your jewelry piece if there is any problem. Refunds or store credit will be issued on damaged goods or items not meeting your expectations. To discuss any problems with your order, feel free to contact Giovanna.
Variations of Jewelry Pieces
All work is handcrafted, so there may be minor variations. Please note that handcrafted jewelry will include subtle differences, even when a design is reproduced.
Custom Orders, Special Gifts and Gift Wrapping
Please let Giovanna know if you have any specific requests. For example, if you see a necklace that you absolutely love, but would prefer to see it in gold rather than silver. Or, if you have your own handmade jewelry design in mind, have a particular style, or trying to match a particular dress, Giovanna can help design that perfect piece. Need a special gift for a special occasion or holiday, just let Giovanna know and she can help with any special gift designs or ideas, as well as assisting with any special gift wrapping needs.

Hours of Operation
Hours of store operation is between the hours of 9am to 5pm PST Mon thru Friday. All calls and/or emails after regular business hours will be returned on the next business day.
